120 PowerPoint Lessons for Maths aged 12-13

This material is a collection of PowerPoint Files developed to help students aged 12 to 13 years or older less able students access the mathematics curriculum.

The material could be used alongside any scheme of work. The PowerPoint files are colourful and animated and the lessons provide lively material, which is well structured, allowing pupils of differing abilities access to the learning objectives. Language and reading on screen is kept to a minimum allowing the teacher to pitch the lesson at the correct level for the group being taught.

Containing 40 presentations for each level.

• Level 1 is aimed at the lowest ability band
• Level 2 is aimed at the middle band
• Level 3 at the top band of pupils

Each presentation begins with a title page, followed by clearly stated learning objectives for the lesson which is then broken into bite sized sections followed by the opportunity for pupils to attempt some examples for themselves. The lesson ends with a summary followed by a plenary to reinforce the concepts learned.

Once purchased, the CD can be freely copied and networked throughout the school.
