AQA Entry Level Certificate History: Germany, 1919-1945 – Units 13-15

This new resource has been developed to help students following AQA's 2008 Entry Level Certificate History course. The aim is to provide lively material, which is also well structured and supportive allowing students of lower ability, or bilingual pupils with limited English acquisition, full access to this course.

The resource has been produced by an experienced Head of Department and examiner with fourteen years experience of teaching Entry Level and GCSE pupils in the same teaching group. It encourages individual study; paired work and whole class discussion and contains tasks designed to support preferred learning styles. The resource contains a wealth of primary visual evidence designed to encourage discussion and grasp the imagination of reluctant learners.

Each unit has worksheets that are easily accessible to students with clear instructions allowing an element of independence in their studies. The sheets are designed to be used as evidence for the Internal Portfolio and provide practice for all External Assignments. Most importantly, the material has been designed to be relevant to the lives of the students taking the course, so that they can enjoy their work towards completion of the Entry Level Certificate.
