A Question Of English is aimed at students aged 9-13. Covering essential English grammar, it considers such aspects as adjectives, common mistakes, interrogatives, numbers, plurals, punctuation, spelling and verbs.
The material may be used as class work or homework, for purposes of revision, according to the teacher's choice. In the majority of cases, the exercises contained in the book begin with simple grammatical structures and continue by increasing the complexity of these, thereby allowing the student to attempt some or all of them, depending upon his/her confidence.
It is anticipated that, once students are capable of mastering most, if not all, of the exercises, they should be able to avoid many of the elementary mistakes all too frequently made in both written and spoken English.
