Crosswords are an ideal way of testing vocabulary and subject related knowledge, or reinforcing existing knowledge. They can be used as extension tasks, homework, odd moment fillers or in any other way that you fancy. The puzzles are of varying difficulty; some have no clues, only a wordbank of answers, and some have clues and a wordbank, and some are ' clues only'. Some of the wordbanks contain both correct and incorrect answers, (for the student to figure out), designed to be used as an aid when they need more help than the clues provide. And to make life a little easier, solutions to all of the puzzles are provided at the end of the booklet.
