This resource pack uses holidays as its theme to stimulate written and verbal English language responses. It is aimed at students of all abilities, aged between 11-13 years old, and can also be used with students with Special Educational Needs.
The work is suitable to be used at any time of the year. The pack encourages verbal responses as well as containing various forms of written work: imaginative, descriptive, discursive, list making, formal and informal letter writing. There are activities based on grammar, comprehension, and leaflet or poster designing. Teacher instructions are given and writing frameworks.
