Following the success of ¿A favor o en contra? and Temas candentes, La Polémica está Servida has been specially written with AS and A-Level students in mind. It takes seven new topics and, once more, turns them inside out, too. Every angle, in as far as that is possible, is touched upon, and can naturally be developed in the classroom.

Each issue is presented as on two sides of a coin, although those expressing their point of view in each of the seven sections do not necessarily do so in a totally black and white fashion. There are nuances to be teased out and explored in class.
All seven topics are presented in the form of a letter for and against and strengthened with a Rincón de Vocabulario section followed by numerous exercises. A testing, but at the same time fulfilling and stress-free crossword rounds off each section. They have been added to maintain your student's attention span right to the end! Full and exhaustive notes and vocabulary are provided for the teacher, giving a wealth of background information on many of the topics dealt with.
