The MultiBINGO CD-ROM has been developed to use as a starter or plenary game within mathematics lessons. It can be tailored to be used for many different topics. Apart from ordinary bingo, the questions/answers for games called ‘90 - n’, Equations, Percentages, Angles in a Triangle, Formulae, Ratio and Expanding Brackets are included as examples. The EXCEL spreadsheet contains some simple macros which are run by clicking ’buttons’. Your EXCEL macro security setting will need to be set to ‘medium’. Create your own selection of questions and answers. You have control over how many questions/answers/numbers are to be used. Make the questions as easy or as difficult as you like.

The MultiBINGO CD-ROM can be used with all age and ability groups. It is up to you what questions to offer. Although your students will need to make their own bingo tickets that relate to the topic you have chosen, you can use published bingo tickets if your ‘answers’ include all the numbers from 1 to 90. Choose the type of game you wish to play and how many questions/numbers you wish to use. Start the game and display the first question/number. Give prizes for a ‘line’ and ‘full house’. Give prizes for those who have the ‘last answer/number’ on their ‘card’.

Once purchased, the CD can be freely copied and networked throughout the school.
