This resource consists of two MS Excel files developed for OCR Advanced GCE in Applied ICT suite of qualifications including Advanced Subsidiary GCE: 100/4434/6, Advanced Subsidiary GCE (Double Award): 100/4435/8, Advanced GCE: 100/4436/X, Advanced GCE (Double Award): 100/4437 The Assessment Tracker is used to track and estimate students’ grades once the coursework objectives are completed, directly relating the OCR specification and assessment objectives. The OCR Advanced GCE Applied ICT Assessment Tracker covers all the assessment objectives for units Unit 1: Using ICT to Communicate, Unit 2: How Organisations Use ICT, Unit 3: ICT Solutions for Individuals and Society, Unit 4: System Specification and Configuration and Unit 9: Working to a Brief. The OCR Advanced GCE Applied ICT Assessment Tracker can be used with SIMS to import the names of each student within tutor and set groups. Once all assessment objectives have been completed, enter the grade and the assessment tracker will automatically display the total mark, the total percentage and convert the mark to a UMS score for each unit. The tracker will finally calculate marks for all four units and display the overall mark and award.
