As PE teachers we are good at assessing a pupil's strengths and weakness in a wide range of physical activity.
In our lessons, we constantly assess pupil's success and progress, adapting, practices, giving feedback (whether wanted or not). But where do we find the time with pressures of after school activities and all the admin that is thrown our way to actually record what we do intuitively?
For the last two years we have successfully been using a recording programme that takes just minutes to record all our students' results. There is a minimum of typing, is simple to use and exceeds the requirements of the National Curriculum.
The Attainment Target Spreadsheet is a computer based programme that enables Teachers both specialist and non-specialist alike, teaching Physical Education to pupils between the ages of 5 to 18 to quickly record the progress of pupils in their knowledge, skills and understanding in each of the four areas.
It further enables the recording of Pupils Attainment in four activity areas and any twelve sports.
