The OCR Nationals ICT Assessment Tracker consists of two MS Excel file developed for OCR Nationals in ICT suite of qualifications including OCR Level 2 National First Award in ICT, OCR Level 2 National Award in ICT, OCR Level 2 National First Certificate in ICT, OCR Level 2 National Certificate in ICT. The Assessment Tracker is used to track and estimate students' grades once the coursework objectives are completed directly relating the OCR specification and assessment objectives. The first tracker covers all the assessment objectives for units Unit 1 – ICT Skills in Business, Unit 2 – Webpage Creation, Unit 3 - Digital Imaging, Unit 4 – Multimedia Products, Unit 5 - Desktop Publishing, Unit 6 - Spreadsheets, Unit 7 – Databases and Unit 8 – Customer Support. The second tracker covers all units including the half units, providing a total of students successfully passing each or some of the units and then displaying the total GCSE equivalent. The OCR Nationals in ICT Assessment Tracker can be used with SIMS to import the names of each student within tutor and set groups. Once all assessment objectives have been completed, enter the grade and the assessment tracker will automatically display, highest, lowest and estimated grade for that unit. A readme file is included which details, installation, how to use the tracker with important information, tips and tricks. The OCR Nationals in ICT Assessment Tracker is a powerful assessment and learning tool which provides the ability to track each individual student progress, learning and estimating a final grade.
