It is organised exactly according to the units of the AQA specification. All the units in this book have the same titles as the AQA Entry Level Certificate specification. The outcomes are clearly labelled, showing the National Curriculum Level attained.

The font used varies:

• The normal font is used for English
• Italics are used for Spanish
• Italics and bold are used for instructions in Spanish
